IT’S TIME NOW FOR OUR HEALTHY MINUTE SEGMENT BROUGHT TO YOU BY Larry Jacobs
TODAY’S TIP IS…
Fast Food and Depression
Past studies have strongly linked fast food to weight gain, obesity, and type 2 diabetes, and NOW based on a new evaluation it seems we may also need to add depression to this list.
In a long term study–those folks who consumed the most fast food (hamburgers, hot dogs, and pizza) were 51% more likely to develop depression vs. those who rarely or never ate fast food.
The more fast food the higher the risk of depression.
As a further motivator to keep fast food out of your life, keep in mind that this exceedingly high risk fare houses virtually every single feature scientists have identified that in one way or another leads to chronic overeating.
The culprits–Fat, Salt, and Sugar.
There are ways to navigate the fast food gauntlet but most folks just don’t know how.
When you Lose Weight and get in shape using the Eat Clean Food Strategies that Larry teaches in his Thin Golfer program, MIXED WITH a simple, physical activity plan… it becomes like 1 + 1 = 4.
(Because you get an Exponential Multplier Effect that trains your body to burn fat!)
And becoming a Fat Burner rather than a Fat STORER is what Larry’s Thin Golfer Program is all about.
That’s why Master instructor DonTrahan got such Good Results!
He now fit’s into a suit he hasn’t worn in 17 years.
Larry says It’s truly amazing what you can accomplish with just
- a Knife

Like Ben Hogan said,”The Game is in the Dirt.”
It’s only gonna happen when you get after it.
You Can Do It! I’M LIVING PROOF!
It all starts with a decision to to take better care of yourself.
Remember it’s never too late to push the start button.
