Here are 4 Numbers to know for a Healthy Scorecard

In golf we all know– it’s fairways hit, greens in regulation, and putts per round.

But in your health, the numbers are different and MUCH MORE IMPORTANT.

Do you know your:

  • Blood pressure
  • your Blood Sugar
  • your Cholesterol and all the fractions?
  • and guys do you know your PSA?

Although these are Not ALL the numbers to watch–it’s certainly a good start.

Make sure you know your numbers and manage them as you would your golf game, and you’ll be able to play this great game we all love for a long time to come.

Most would agree when it comes to your health that Prevention is the Major key.

With the MAJOR Season upon us I recommend you to make a list of MAJORS for YOU

Whether it’s …

  • your Health
  • your Weight
  • your Golf

Like Hogan said,”The Game is in the Dirt.”

It’s only gonna happen when you get after it
