HYDRATE — Because MOST OF US JUST DON’T  DRINK ENOUGH WATER

In golf the fundamentals are the key to your success.  The same is true with your health.

We often confuse thirst with hunger, leading us to load up with unnecessary food and junk, when what we really need is to hydrate with a cold glass of water.

To flavor your water or your unsweetened tea just add a healthy SQUEEZE OF lemon or orange.

Remember, before reaching for a snack out of habit, (healthy or not) drink a glass of water or two first. It’s a simple healthy tip that can also help you in your health and weight loss efforts.
