TODAY’S TIP IS…

Are YOU a member of the biggest nation in the world? The name of that nation of course is PROCASTINATION!!!

Yes it doesn’t take another Harvard Study to see if you are a procrastinator.

All you have to do is look in the mirror.

By comparison check this out…

  • What kind of shape are your golf clubs in?

Larry says most golfers take much better care of their clubs than their bodies.

  • How bout your car?

You wouldn’t think of driving on bald tires, with no brakes, and poor steering. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Now look back into that mirror, is your “vehicle” the one that’s dragging you around– an accident waiting to happen?

(Larry calls this game of Weight, Health and Fitness–The Game of YOUR LIFE) He says unlike golf–this is  a game you can WIN by making a simple decision.

Bottom Line…

The simple answer is this. To succeed for the long term with your weight and your size and your health, you’ve got learn to be able to learn to coexist with real food and regular physical activity AND you have to carefully “think your way around the course” continuously.

Otherwise you could end up in a hazard, OB, and Stuck in the FAT TRAP or Worse.

As Larry often says– with just a few “high tech” tools like a knife, a fork, a pair of sneakers, and the right road map, and mindset—you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish.

Larry’s promise is that he can show any golfer how to go from a Fat Storer to a Fat Burner in 2 weeks or less with out dieting counting calories or starving.
