IT’S TIME NOW FOR OUR HEALTHY MINUTE SEGMENT BROUGHT TO YOU BY Larry Jacobs
TODAY’S TIP IS…
When it comes to our health and fitness…we often “Pull the wrong club”
Here’s what I mean. You’re not going to pull a 2 iron when you are 70 yards away from a green, that’s protected by a lake and a series of nasty bunkers. Yet that’s exact what most of us do off the course when we choose our food.
We “pull” fries with that sandwich, sugary sports drinks and sodas instead of water or unsweetened tea and of course the list of bogeys and others goes on and on.
So next time you are faced with a tricky “shot” like choosing anti-inflammatory fish over red meat, adding some beans or veggies instead of the fries—take a moment and “pull the right club” and improve your most important scorecard–YOUR HEALTH
Bottom Line – learning to do your foods right has a profound influence on your health. Larry’s Jacobs Thin for Life Program food plan is an Anti Inflammatory approach to food and will help you protect your health for the long term.
His Thin for Life Program concentrates on:
- How to do your Proteins right
- your Carbohydrates right
- your Fats and Oils right
- your beverages right
- and How to do your Exercise right
- His program clears up ALL the confusion
Larry’s Thin Golfer program has helped golfers around the world get back in control of their weight, their health and fitness, and his Golfers Weight Loss program will help you too.
He makes the whole thing like a game of golf showing you how to make lots of pars and birdies, and how to limit your food and fitness bogeys, double bogeys and others.
Larry says,
– Most golfers take better care of their clubs than their bodies.
– It all starts with a decision to to take better care of yourself.
Remember it’s never too late to push the start button.
You ate your way into this, and you can eat your way out.
Change your food—change your life!
