that I am going to continue on  phase one
for another 2 weeks because I feel so great.
 
Before these last two weeks, I was a bread and sweet eater
and really couldn’t get enough. I would make oatmeal
cookies and eat 3 dozen in two days.
 
I tried every diet there was, Jenny Craig, HCG,
Weight Watchers only to lose 20 and gain back 25.
 
Nothing helped and I came to the conclusion that
I had a food addiction problem.  
I tried hypnosis and read books trying to kick the addiction.
 
Nothing helped. I was beside myself and was getting
really depressed and packing on more weight.

These last two weeks showed me that there was
nothing wrong with me.  I no longer have
cravings for sweets or bread.  
It was all about the right foods.
 
Eating clean is so easy and I never really thought
I could do this, but thanks to you and Thin for Life,
I am a new person and can’t wait to get out of my
size 12 and into a size 6.

PS:  My blood pressure was creeping back up before
