grains) invariable suffer from high rates of so-called Western Diseases including Obesity and Overweight, type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Stroke and Cancer.
Here’s a stunning statistic:
4 of the Top 10 Killer Diseases in America are Chronic Diseases that are linked with the Western Diet. Virtually all Obesity, Overweight, and type 2 Diabetes, 80 percent of Cardiovascular Disease, and more than a third of all Cancers have been linked to this diet.
Put another way, the one diet that reliably makes people sick is…our current Western Diet.
