IT’S TIME NOW FOR OUR HEALTHY MINUTE SEGMENT BROUGHT TO YOU BY Larry Jacobs

TODAY’S TIP IS…
Being Heavy is Very Risky Business

Being overweight or obese puts you at extra risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, arthritis, and some types of cancer —some of which are leading causes of death in America today.

Bottom Line: Overweight and obesity are 2 of the biggest economic drivers of our current healthcare crisis today.

Extra weight makes just makes everything harder and is costing you and all of us a fortune.

Here are 3 Simple mental Tips from Larry…

  1. Focus on your outcome (Example: what size pant’s do you want to comfortable fit into?)
  2. Push the START BUTTON (nothing happens til you take action)
  3. NEVER GIVE UP (just like when you hit a bad shot in golf,  you don’t give up the game!  you find you ball where it lies and do your best to hit a good shot next time)

If you are not happy with your weight and what’s looking back at you in the mirror, The solution is here and Yes, you CAN STOP hitting it fat and get out of the Fat Trap!

As Larry often says– with just a few “high tech” tools like a knife, a fork, a pair of sneakers, and the right road map, and mindset—you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish.

Larry’s promise is that he can show any golfer how to go from a Fat Storer to a Fat Burner in 2 weeks or less with out dieting counting calories or starving.

It’s working for me and lots of my listeners.

You Can Do It too!

It all starts with a simple decision to to take better care of yourself.

Remember Larry says you can make Progress or you can make Excuses…But you CAN’T Make BOTH.

Change your Food Change you Life!!!  It’s never too late to push the start button.
