TODAY’S TIP IS…
Food is the Foundation for Good Health

There’s now overwhelming evidence that diet has a profound influence on the risk of colon cancer and eating the right foods appears to be a simple way to safeguard your colon health.

According to California researchers, brown rice, beans, green vegetables, and fresh fruit should regularly be on your plate if you want to reduce your risk of colon polyps (the precursor to colon cancer). The protection these foods offer can reduce the risk of colon issues from 24 to 40%

By the way – Have you had your colonoscopy to screen for colon cancer? It’s important and its EASY to do.  It’s Easy not to do too.  So you gotta do your part.
