IT’S TIME NOW FOR OUR HEALTHY MINUTE SEGMENT BROUGHT TO YOU BY Larry Jacobs

TODAY’S TIP IS–
Why Going on a diet is a Big Mistake

On the Thin for Life program, “going on a DIET” is a DIRTY word. Larry says, “What I teach is all about “Eating CLEAN.” It’s not about starving yourself, counting calories, or drinking nasty “shakes” or taking pills, or potions either.

Here’s what I mean:

The traditional rules to lose weight say, “Eat less, weigh your food, go on a diet, Starve yourself–count calories, your appetite is the enemy (yada, yada, yada). And when you follow these rules, you end up not only hungry, because you’ve been starving yourself, but you’re often grouchy, and have low-energy, too!

You can ignore this bad advice on Larry’s Thin for Life Program.

Here’s why:

  • No one can eat less forever.
  • Dieting and counting calories is actually one way to guarantee that you will GAIN weight in the long run. (not loose it)
  • Because when you eat LESS on a diet, your metabolism slows down. And when you inevitably break the diet, the weight goes right back on as pure body fat! And that–my friend is a Quadruple Bogey.

But on Larry’s program, you EAT yourself THIN which gets you out of the FAT TRAP.

Larry says–Here are MY rules:

  • You learn to Eat Clean.
  • Your appetite is not the enemy.
  • You get plenty to eat any time you’re hungry, because it’s not how much you eat–it’s what you eat that matters most.

Follow these word and you (CAN WIN) the game of weight loss and improve your health along the way.

Bottom Line – Thin for Life Program shows any golfer how to go from a Fat STORER to a Fat BURNER in your first 2 weeks–Without Dieting, Counting Calories, or Starving. You can Change your food and change your life and still get plenty to eat anytime you’re hungry.

It all starts with a decision to to take better care of yourself.
