Mistake #1: Counting Calories and Eating Less or going on a diet at all.
Diets don’t work and just make you fatter.
Show me someone who has dieted a lot and I’ll show you someone who is now–probably bigger than ever!
Mistake #2: Using a scale to measure success
Why would you get on a contraption every day that makes you feel lousy about yourself?
Mistake #3: Using meal replacement shakes or bars.
This is just mindless calorie restriction which you can’t keep up and it doesn’t get you in the habit of using real food.
Mistake #4: The I can do it (without exercise) mentality.
If you were to just do it with food you would get a result. But without some kind of physical activity mixed into the equation, you will not get the result you want.
