IT’S TIME NOW FOR OUR HEALTHY MINUTE SEGMENT BROUGHT TO YOU BY Larry Jacobs
TODAY’S TIP IS…
Eating is a Good Thing You actually CAN eat yourself Thin.
Larry has always maintained that your appetite is not the enemy.
In part this is because over the last 30+ years Larry has seen very few folks who could eat LESS forever. Maybe only 1 in 500 can do that.
(I know I can’t eat less–I love to eat lots of good food) And of course that’s the secret.
Larry says, “don’t even try to eat less and curb your appetite–JUST FEED IT.”
This is so opposite of what the JUST EAT LESS crowd says
Why is this possible?
Because Larry says, “it’s NOT how MUCH you eat, It’s WHAT you eat that Matters most.”
It bears repeating…
it’s NOT how MUCH you eat, It’s WHAT you eat that Matters most.
You got it?
Translation: You start to eat mostly the right stuff, and and you can get plenty to eat, any time you’re hungry.
Larry says, forget about starving yourself, counting calories, or drinking those nasty “shakes.”
On Larry’s Thin Golfer program, you EAT yourself THIN and
it gets you out of the FAT TRAP.
-Amateur Mike Speed lost 104 pounds.
