Avoid Unhealthy Fats to sidestep inflammation

This includes: Margarine, vegetable shortening and partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, all of which should be avoided.

– You will often be ambushed in many restaurants, because they sell margarine as butter since it’s far cheaper. You have to ask.

– Avoid fried food in restaurants, especially fast-food restaurants. The oils in the fryers contain oxidized and rancid fats that are bad for your health.
