Mr. JacobsI just wanted to touch base with you and share my successes to this point in time.

I started this life and wellness change on January 1st so I am 3 weeks into your program.I have gone from 223 pounds on January 1st to 204 pounds this morning.

I am 1 1/2 notches tighter on my belt loop. My 36 inch waist pants that were
getting snug are now fitting loosely.   My blood pressure this morning was
96/62…and has been consistently in that neighborhood (working as a
Firefighter/Paramedic I have everyday access to taking my b/p).
I am missing some foods but enjoying how familiar I am becoming with
the healthy foods around the edges of supermarket
(fruits, vegetables, lean meat, etc).  I have been making different types
of soup and know they are all low fat, low sugar, low sodium, etc because
I choose the ingredients.I am just over halfway through “reintroduction” without any problems yet

and am looking forward to the pod cast to learn the rest of the plan…
but don’t want to get ahead of myself.Like you said…if you do the plan it will work.  I have been hitting the

treadmill pretty hard which definitely maximizes the effectiveness
of the plan. I’ve been hitting the treadmill pretty hard.< /span>
Thinking about slinging my golf bag across my shoulders for future
workouts as I long for getting out on the course (the sun is shining
bright today so it has brought the temp up to -2F)!!!   I am also
wondering how my new physique will impact my game…Hope all is well.
