Most of us make “either/or” decisions by weighing the Pain against the Pleasure.
When you weigh the pain against the pleasure of letting go of your excess Weight and Belly Fat consider this…
-the pleasure of really liking how you feel
-the smaller clothes you are going to be able to comfortably fit into and be happy to wear
-and all important how you feel when you see the person looking back at you in the mirror
When you factor in the pleasure of living a healthier life…the choice becomes clear.
PGA Tour Radio Host Matt Adams hit this one right on the head.

When you follow my Thin Golfer program you will feel the best you have felt in a long time, and will be thinner and fitter than you’ve probably ever been in your adult life.
It’s really a NO Brainer.
For those of us on the “Back 9 of Life” here’s a thought on HEALTHY aging:
As usual with me it’s a GOLF analogy…
Let’s say in a close to ideal scenario we “cash in our chips” at age 90 (Hopefully 100:)
But for now let’s use 90.
At age 60 you are teeing it up on hole #13.
How would you like to finish your round into the house?
With a bunch of pars and some birdies? Or a slew of double bogeys and others?
We now live longer but not better.
The standard American Model of aging is Health until age 50, Wearing Down from about age 50 to 65, and gradually falling apart after that.
How long we spend at the top rung depends in large part on how we plan for it and manage our Lifestyle factors.
OR if we can do NOTHING in that regard we typically CAN look forward to The three Ds:
(Disease, Disability, and Doctors)
Which WOULD you Choose?
In researching those who Overcame their Weight, life threatening Health issues, and lived long and healthy lives, a couple of things stand out:
1. Those that succeeded made a project out it and researched ways they could help themselves.
2. Food and Fitness were always key factors
3. They made HEALTH their HOBBY.
We all need a hobby–and the older we get–the more important they become.
What better pastime could a person choose than to become person focused on their Health and Fitness?
To me it’s just a NO Brainer…
