Dangerous Weight Loss Myths–Busted!

There’s a lot of misinformation out there about weight loss.  It really makes me mad!

These myths are actually very dangerous–and they are stopping a lot of people from getting in shape and losing the extra weight they need to get healthy.

So I’d like to “debunk” these myths for you and show you why…

ANYONE can lose weight without counting calories, dieting, or starving, when they get on my Thin for Life Program:

Weight Loss MYTH #1: I’m one of those people that just can’t lose weight.

Weight Loss MYTH #3: Finding time and motivation to exercise is too hard.

FACT: Let me be rather blunt and perfectly straight with you: Would you rather have a heart attack? How about a stroke?

The type of exercise I recommend is easy, scientifically proven, and takes next to no time at all. When it comes to your health, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

The truth is, if something is important to you, you’ll find the time for it. Exercise doesn’t have to be time-consuming, or hard.

Weight Loss MYTH #4: I’m too old to change.

FACT: I hear this one even from 30 year olds, and it’s just plain not true!

In fact, since my program appeals to lots of folks on the “back 9 of life” I know plenty of 70, 80, and 90 year olds walking around and feeling great because they eat well, exercise, and take good care of themselves.
